Kit Lemieux, not to be confused with the legendary Mario Lemieux (though she insists they’re distant cousins), is the young up-and-coming reporter who’s been making waves in the hockey journalism scene.
With a degree in “Puckology” from the University of Icy Floors, Kit has a knack for being in the right place at the right timeโusually that’s in the penalty box, interviewing players who’ve been sent off for “bad behavior.” She’s known for her signature move: the “Slapshot Interview,” where she fires off rapid questions while balancing on ice skates. Rumor has it she once scored a hat trick while live-tweeting a game, but that’s a story for another day.
